We’re Full Cup - a small but mighty studio led by Steph Manuel, currently hopping between design calls and oat lattes somewhere in Melbourne. Our team is made up of one Creative Director (that’s Steph) and a talented crew of trusted collaborators who jump in when the project calls for it.

We like to do things with heart, a little bit of humour, and zero pretence. There’s no cookie-cutter process here—we follow what feels right, stay open to bold ideas, and always make room for magic (and snacks). Around here, we believe in asking good questions, backing big ideas, and building brands that actually mean something.
